Payment and refund policy
I take FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT
I will NOT start the commission without any sorts of payment
You will get a full refund if:
I'm the one who cancels the commission midway if I don't think I can do the project for some reasons
You decide to cancel the commission before I do the linework process or still in the sketching phase.
I do NOT accept cancellation after linework process.
you may cancel your commission BEFORE I do the linework process and you'll get full refund, but I do NOT accept any cancellation after I do the linework process.
My Workflow
Sketching: Free major revisions for 3 times. You'll get a full refund if you decide to cancel at this stage. Depending on the revisions, it'll take around half a day to 2 days.
Line art: once you approved the sketch, I will do the line art accordingly. I will NOT take any revision at this stage and I do NOT accept cancellation past this point. The process will take around half a day max.
Flat Color: you may request to adjust the color, but I will NOT take any major revisions such as pose, composition, etc. at this stage. Depending on the revision, the process may take place around half a day to one day.
Rendering: you may request and give me pointers about the light source and the color of the light. I will NOT accept any revision once I start the rendering process. The process may take around 2 to 3 days.
Please note that the time may change according to our communications (how fast/slow we reply to each other), numbers of revisions, and other unforeseen circumstances.you may ask for progress, but DO NOT rush me into finishing your commission.

I have the right to refuse commission requests.
I have the right to cancel a commission project IF during the process I found out that the piece/request implicate something hurtful. If this happens, I will give you a full refund.
You have the right to cancel the commission project BEFORE I do the linework process, but no cancellation past linework process.
Payments are processed via PayPal (USD) and local bank transfer (IDR)

If you would like to commission me, please follow the following steps:
Read the terms of service
Send a private message on my twitter or discord account or send an email to [email protected] with the following format:
Name: username/Email
Subject (Email): Commission
Commission type: what type of commission you want, how many characters, with or without background
References: visual and/or detailed description. A mix of both will be nice. if you have any notes on how you'd like your commission to be (composition, color palette, pose, etc.) please be sure to let me know
the more detailed the instructions are, the better.
I will send you a confirmation message and an invoice via paypal if I decide to accept the commission
Proceed to payment
Requesting a commission means you have read and agreed to the terms of service
